Introduction:
beer hops, mulberry, perennial herb,also called vine,yeast flower etc.hops are valuable cash crops,one of the main raw materials in beer brewing.hops are honoured as ?oul of beer?ith malts. Because formic acid (a-acid)containded in hops can give a unique aroma and crisp bitterness in the brewing of beer,morever, a-acid can freeze and isolate reduntant protein in beer liquid,clarify the beer, inhibit reproduction of Bacteria, there is a wealth of beer foam,so that formic acid  is the chief effctive component of brews of beer.
The origins of Beer hops are temperate zone, subpolar zone and frigid zone.So the hops adapt to the climate of cool,dry and plenty of sunshine, big temperature difference ,rich of water, good irrigation conditions, deep soil and good permeability,which is gradually formed in its development process of evolving.
There are two kinds hops:Bitter hops and fragrant hops.
Specification:
1、Standard:also called ?0?Particle,is made of the original flower through crushing and squeezing.
2、Concentrate:also called ?5?article,takes the __out of  the fiber through rotary sieve,which makes 95% of α-acid retain in the hop particle which is just half the weight of the original flower.Other feature is the same as standard hops.
3、Stable:Mix the hops powder with magnesium oxide into particles . Specifications are similar to  standard model particles,but it is more stable in normal temperature and more efficient in makeing beer.
4、Heterogeneous: Heat the standard model particles to 50°C and keep it for one week to make the α-acid heteromorphosis and improve the utilization ratio substantially.
Analysis:
Standard and concentrates particles hop with EBC or EBC conductivity analysis method to analyze;Stable  and heterogeneous particle hops must use high-performance liquid chromatography analysis.
Saving:
Hops particles should be stored at 0-8 °C environment in order to maintain the best taste and aroma. Use immediately after Out of the box
